Church, we are now entering a new “first”.  We are going indoors for the first time in some time this weekend.  We will retain a parking lot option for those that choose to avoid crowds at this time.  We respect all of the varying levels of concern.

We will have three indoor services that will alternate their location.  Service one will be in the sanctuary, service two in the fellowship hall, the third service back in the sanctuary and finally the fourth in the parking lot through the FM transmitter. 

Service 1: Sanctuary                        8:00

Service 2: Fellowship Hall              8:45

Service 3: Sanctuary                        9:30

Service 4: Parking Lot                     11:00

The second service will start before the first service ends and the third service prior to the end of the second.  The purpose of this is to minimize the number of people congregating in a common area.  There are few items that we ask you pay attention to.  These items are in addition to the previous email sent last week regarding the protocol that we will seek to adhere to as we reopen indoor services.  At this moment we can accommodate 25% of our legal capacity.  We don’t want this to discourage anyone from coming.  We will creatively assist you. 

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your service time and move to the location of the service upon your arrival so we keep the common areas relatively clear.  Enter the building through the main doors, but please exit through the side doors closest to your service location.  The exception to this would be those that have more difficulty with mobility. 

We are excited to move closer to more normal conditions, although we are still a ways from that.  We enthusiastically welcome this next step and we are so thankful for all of you in your support of the decisions that are being made to respect all of our brothers and sisters in Christ.
